JRegion10 Juan and Tareon Alvarezuan and Tareon Alvarez
Juan and Tareon joined Without Walls in 1997 when they were just teenagers. They jumped right into Road to Recovery, helping feed the homeless followed by Youth Ministry, where they helped evangelize local inner cities, schools and detention centers. As they grew in ministry, so did their love for one another. They tied the knot November 13, 1999. Today, with five children, Juan operates in his passion of karate as a 7th degree black belt and Tareon operates her own hair studio. Being such an active family, they also like to share nuggets of there life on Youtube, a social media outlet allowing them to reach thousands across the globe. They hope this secular tool shows transparency, love of their family, raising kids and other events in their life that they are real people who have struggles, but their love for God speaks louder, allowing them to to reach those who are unreachable. Juan and Tareon also serve on as WWIC Council Members.

Frank and Eva Tyler 

Frank and Eva have been married since 1991 and have 3 children and 9 grandchildren. Frank is originally from Chicago but moved to Tampa on a Job Transfer in 1997. They attended Without Walls from the first Sunday they were in town and have been committed members ever since. Frank is a Healthcare Account Manager and Realtor for Keller Williams Realty. He also loves sailing. Eva is a Success Specialist and Coach, Educator and she loves God’s people. We believe that everyone has a gift from God that is waiting to be discovered and used for his kingdom. Our Famous Quote: “You have to believe God’s word all the time, not just when you feel like it” Frank and Eva also serve on WWIC Council Members.


Region6 David and Ines RamosDavid and Ines Ramos
David and Ines were both born and raised in New York City. They have been married for 26 years. We share 6 children and 2 grandchildren. We met when we were both singing in the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir.  David is a former Vice-President with Morgan Stanley and is currently retired. Ines is an Insurance agent and she offers various insurance options. They both enjoy fishing, Latin Jazz, date nights, and the movies. They have also kept saltwater aquariums for over 30 years. David is  a writer of short fiction stories and personal biographical accounts of growing up in New York in the 50’s. Ines also has a degree in interior design. They have been members at WWIC since the early 90’s and also serve as WWIC Council Members.


Region9 Chuck and Caorlyn MilesChuck and Carolyn Miles

Chuck and Carolyn’s ministry work began 17 years ago when they joined Without Walls International Church. They spent 10 years as leaders in the Road To Recovery Ministry, which included street ministry as well as Saturday and Sunday feeding of the homeless.  Also, as part of RTR they were instrumental in  preparing for and overseeing Table in the Wilderness. To this date they serve as Ministry Coordinators and trainers of the Altar Workers Ministry and also serve as WWIC Council Members.

Region11 Latoya FloydLatoya Floyd

LaToya is a native Floridian, born and raised in Hollywood, FL. She committed her life to Christ at the tender age of 11 years old and has since had a desire to serve in full-time ministry . LaToya is a graduate of Florida A&M University, where she was active in the campus and college ministry. Upon graduating, she taught middle and high school students in Broward County Public Schools before moving to Los Angeles, CA to pursue her passion for film and acting. (In 2010, she appeared on and won a cash prize on Let’s Make A Deal and if you don’t blink you may spot her in Iron Man 2, 90210, or NCIS LA.) LaToya moved to the Bay Area in 2012. She has since served at WWIC in several capacities including administrative staff, media ministry, prayer ministry and road to recovery.  She has aspirations of operating her own media production company as well as consulting firm. Right now, she is excited to serve as Regional Leader for Region 11.

Miguel and Sandra Salas and Sandra Salas have been married for 29 years and have been members at WWIC for 15 years. They have four adult children Margarita, Michael, Daniel and David. Miguel was born and raised in New York City and Sandra was born in Puerto Rico but was raised in New York City since the age of seven . Miguel is a song writer and worshiper and Sandra is a passionate poem writer and drama director. Both have a love for the mission fields with Miguel traveling numerous times to Cuba since 1993 and Sandra to Columbia, Mexico Paraguay and Cuba as well. Miguel is a graduate of the International Bible Institute based out of Chicago, Illinois and the Master Pastor Internship Program from Without Walls International Church. Sandra is also a graduate of the International Bible Institute and has a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Hodges University. 

Region3 Terry and Teaks ConnerTerry and Lateaka Conner

Terry and Lateaka Conner received their minister’s licenses in 2011 and relocated to Tampa in 2012 from Elkhart, IN. They have been married for 15 years and have a blended family of 5 children, and 4 grandchildren. They currently serve as WWIC Council Members and are also directors of our Men’s and Ladies Ministry.
